We recommend a silanized glass vial to prevent adsorption of analytes, chelation or other issues that may occur from the interaction between glass and the type of compounds in your sample. It is not recommended you use a polypropylene vial because the solvent you are using may cause damage to the vial.
A high recovery vial is recommended because you indicated you will be doing repeat injections from the same vial. An alternative would be a microvolume insert with a vial. Both options are designed for maximum sample uptake from a vial; however the high recovery vial is the best choice. The insert sits higher in the vial therefore may require adjustment of needle, whereas the high recovery vial will not.
